As a Health and Safety Consultant at Peninsula, I spend my time helping businesses navigate the complexities of workplace safety. Prior to joining Peninsula, I spent time in the construction sector, where I gained firsthand knowledge of the critical safety challenges and hazards faced by workers in high-risk environments.

My role involves conducting thorough risk assessments, developing safety policies, and delivering bespoke training to ensure that clients meet their legal obligations while maintaining a productive and secure workplace. I take pride in being proactive, approachable, and committed to making safety a seamless part of the organisational culture.
